customer support agent - german speaker (m/f/x).

• in this role, you will handle customer queries over phone and email, providing detailed information about our products;


• answer questions about coverage, assisting with policy cancellations, and helping insurance brokers direct their inquiries;

• native or advanced German (C2) proficiency;


• intermediate level of English (B2);


• friendly and professional demeanor;


• strong communication skills;


• ability to remain calm under pressure;


• a first experience in customer service is a plus;

• base salary of 1100€/month;


• complexity bonus of 100€/month;


• performance bonus up to 100€/month;


• meal allowance of 7,23€ per day worked;


• schedule: monday to friday (including bank holidays): 07:30 am to 08:00 pm (rotational shifts);


• days off: weekends;


• working contract: 6 months (renewable);


• location: on site in Lisbon (Parque das Nações)
