customer support agent - after sales italian speaker.

Your mission:

• Provide mobile technical support to after-sales customers for the Italian market;


• Have customer satisfaction as the main objective;


• Inform customers about the company's products and services, as well as their advantages;

• Have at least the 12th year of schooling or equivalent;


• Have experience in a customer relationship role (preferred);


• Be fluent in Italian (native level, or near-native C2);


• Have strong computer skills;


• Be communicative and have the power of argumentation;


• Be a team player;

What can we offer:

• Base salary: 1024€ p/month


• Meal allowance: 7,23€ p/day


• Performance bonus: up to 250€ p/month


• Schedules: Monday to Saturday: 8h rotative shifts between 8am to 7pm


• Sunday off + 1 other day rotative


• Work from home
