Your mission:

• Provide mobile technical support to after-sales customers, 100% in English;


• Have customer satisfaction as the main objective;


• Inform customers about the company's products and services in English, as well as their advantages

• Have at least the 12th year of schooling or equivalent;


• Have experience in a customer relationship role (preferred);


• Be fluent in English (native level, or near-native C1+);


• Have strong computer skills;


• Be communicative and have the power of argumentation;


• Be a team player;

What can we offer:

• Base salary: 947€ p/month


• Meal allowance: 7,23€ p/day


• Performance bonus: up to 250€ p/month


• Schedules: 8h rotative shifts with two days off 
  

  Monday to Sunday:
  Monday to Friday 8:00 to 20:00
  Saturdays and Sunday's 9:00 to 18:00

  
  


• Location: Braga (near train station)
