As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and a vital brand ambassador. If you enjoy delivering excellent customer service and solving problems, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers enthusiastically and professionally via inbound calls


• Provide product information and support sales over the phone


• Handle delivery issues, including tracking and problem resolution


• Troubleshoot account management and software functionality issues


• Deliver accurate, real-time responses to customer inquiries


• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent in German


• Previous experience in a call center environment (preferred)


• High school diploma or equivalent (higher education is a plus)


• Knowledge of technical troubleshooting methods (a bonus)

What We Offer:

• 6-month renewable contract


• Base salary: €1,030/month


• Performance bonus up to €170/month + complexity bonus of €30/month


• Meal allowance: €7.23/day


• Work schedule: Monday to Saturday (09:00–23:00), Sunday (11:00–23:00), with rotating shifts and two weekly days off


• HYBRID work model: 2 days per week onsite in Braga
