Key Responsibilities:

Responding to users' requests for information via chat (up to 2 chats simultaneously) and calling them to reinforce the solution to their requests; 
Providing assistance with questions relating to sales, payments and use of the platform
Good communication skills and the ability to deal with frustration.

• Native or near-native fluency in French, both verbal and written


• Good verbal and written communication skills in English, as well

8h - 22h (Summertime) or 7h - 21h (Wintertime); 2 days off per week
