Investigate and resolve issues that are reported by buyers/sellers/customers/creators such as checking order and logistics status.
Review the reported issues within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality.
Escalate issues to the company in accordance with its procedures.competências

English B2 levelPossess and remain knowledgeable and passionate about leading e-commerce products and services standards.
Have strong understanding of e-commerce.
Have strong customer service skills, verbal and written communication skills, empath and rational decision making.
Capable of coping with peaks in contact volumes during promotion seasons.principais benefícios
Base salary paid in 14 months: 900€
Complexity Bonus paid in 11 months: 100€
Meal Allowance (net) : 7.23€ per working day
Transport allowance: 20€ per month

Monday to Sunday - 07:00 to 23:00 (rotative shifts)
