responsabilidades chave
What you'll be doing:
- Be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers in the tourism industry via phone, email, and chat;
- Solve issues quickly and compassionately, turning challenges into great service moments;
- Provide accurate and insightful info about travel services and bookings;
- Keep detailed records to ensure a smooth customer journey;
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to elevate the customer experience;
- Stay informed on travel trends and updates to keep support cutting-edge.
competências
What we're looking for:
- Native or near-native Dutch skills (spoken and written);
- Good communication in English;
- Passion for customer service and helping others;
- Problem-solving mindset and cool under pressure;
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus;
- A team player with a proactive and resilient attitude.

- Base salary: €1100/month;
- Meal allowance: €7.23/day;
- Health insurance;
- Work from home;
- Stable full-time schedule: Monday to Sunday, 08:00 - 19:00 (rotating shifts) + 2 days off
