digital transformation projects in Shared Service Center (SSC).
Your role will focus on introducing Lean, Six Sigma, and modern technologies like AI, Machine
Learning, and RPA to optimize operations, improve efficiency, and deliver business value. You will
work cross-functionally, engaging teams within the SSC, IT, and the wider business, while reporting
directly to senior leadership and collaborating with vendors and customers.
