Your responsibilities:
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls.
- Investigate and resolve issues that are reported by buyers/sellers/customers/creators such as checking order and logistics status.
- Review the reported issues within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality.
- Escalate issues to the company in accordance with its procedures.

What you need to succeed:
- Polish (C2) and English (B2) proficiency.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce.
- Ability to make logical decisions.
- Strong communication and empathy skills to handle different types of users.
- Availability to work rotating shifts.

What we offer:
- Base salary paid in 14 months: 920€
- Complexity Bonus paid in 11 months: 45€
- Meal Allowance (net) : 7.63€ per working day
- 6-month contract
- Schedules:
Monday to Sunday - 08:00 to 17:00 or 09:00 to 18:00 (rotative shifts)
Days Off - 2 Rotative daysIn the future, a 24/7 schedule.
