Your responsibilities:
Assist our social media platform's user community.
Handle e-commerce-related issues (orders, deliveries, payments, etc.).
Ensure users have the best possible experience.
Work as part of a team to keep our community satisfied.competências
What you need to succeed:
German (C2) and English (B2) proficiency.
Solid understanding of e-commerce.
Ability to make logical decisions.
Strong communication and empathy skills to handle different types of users.
Availability to work rotating shifts.principais benefícios
What we offer:
Base salary paid in 14 months: 1100€
Complexity Bonus paid in 11 months: 100€
Meal Allowance (net) : 7.23€ per working day
Transport allowance: 20€ per month
6-month contract
Schedules:
Rotating shifts between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM, with 2 rotating days off. In the future, a 24/7 schedule.
