About the Role:
As a Content Moderator, you will be at the forefront of digital safety. You will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and moderating video content from a major global social media platform.

Your main mission is to ensure compliance with the platform’s community guidelines by accurately tagging each video and making swift, sound decisions.

Skills & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should bring:

• Native or C2-level fluency in Italian, plus a solid working command of English (B2 minimum).


• Strong resilience and emotional balance when handling sensitive material.


•  Ability to stay focused and patient during repetitive tasks while maintaining high quality.


•  Confidence to work independently and make quick, accurate choices under pressure.


• Excellent stress management skills and a structured approach to following defined guidelines.

What We Offer:

• Contract Type: 6-month initial contract


• Base Salary: €1,000.00 gross per month (paid 14 months)


• Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per working day


• Health Insurance: Included

Working Hours & Schedule:
This is a 100% on-site role at our Porto office, operating on a 24/7 rotating shift model (Monday to Sunday):

Morning Shift: 07:00 – 16:00
Afternoon Shift: 14:00 – 23:00
Night Shift: 22:30 – 07:30
