Your Role:
Ensure products and services meet quality standards through careful content review
Make rational decisions using local market expertise
Guarantee compliance with policies, legal requirements, and content safety
Adapt to policy changes and shifting schedules while following protocols
Escalate issues according to company procedurescompetências
Skills required:
German: C2 level
English: B2 level
Strong moderation and communication skills (verbal and written)
Rational decision-making with local market knowledge
Good understanding of e-commerce dynamics
Ability to manage high volumes during peak seasons
Excellent customer service skills and empathyprincipais benefícios
What We Offer:
Base salary paid over 14 months: €1,100
Complexity bonus paid over 11 months: €100
Meal allowance (net): €7.23 per working day
Transport allowance: €20 per month
6-month contract with the client
24/7 schedule with rotating shifts, including weekends
2 rotating days off
Location: Lisbon
