commercial leasing manager.

The candidate joining the team will have as his/her main task to fulfill the assigned portfolio specialty leasing action plan, accompanying the commercialization process from the beginning to the end, including the supervision of each operation across all the different departments involved.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, he/she will work in a very transversal and global environment, consulting and providing commercial advice to the operations team, with the following missions:
Responsible of Mall Income Portugal, achieving annual goals;
In charge of defining Mall Income Business Plan with focus on:
increasing income
improving quality of activities
empowering innovation
Define, control and constant follow up of Mall Income Annual Budget;
Mall Income reporting
Develop new business lines searching new tenants, new supports and new products;
Work for transversal proposals within Klépierre portfolio (Portugal & Iberia);
Coordinate Mall Income responsibles of SCs to get global Mall Income annual budgets;
Mall Income debt control;
Frequent travel throughout Portugal;

Education and experience:
University degree in a national or international prestigious university, ideally complemented with additional training in related real estate disciplines. Additional business training will be a plus;
Strong knowledge and expertise of the Portugal retail market;
Solid background in commercialization of retail real estate in leading companies for least 3-4 years, such as real estate advisory, property owners and investors, promoters, and/or retailers;
Microsoft advanced level package (EXCEL);
English very high level. French valuable.
