Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth start
- Conduct regular client check-ins and platform walkthroughs
- Monitor usage proactively and engage low-activity users
- Identify upsell/renewal opportunities and coordinate with Sales
- Deliver tailored training and support based on client needs
- Log activities and insights into Salesforce
competências
What We're Looking For:
- Fluent or native English speaker
- 1–3 years in a client-facing role (Customer Success, Support, Account Management, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Tech-savvy: able to demo platforms, interpret usage data, and support users confidently
- Proactive, professional, and client-focused
- Bonus: Experience in financial services or B2B publishing

What We Offer:
- Direct contract with the client
- Fixed working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 (weekends off)
- Base salary of €1,000 gross per month
- Meal allowance of €7.80/day via meal card
- Performance bonus of up to €400 per month
