buyer claim support specialist - german speaker (m/f/x).

Your role:

• Claim Reception & Validation
  o Monitor and review claims submitted via Salesforce (SF) and email.
  o Assess if claims meet eligibility criteria based on terms and conditions.


•  Claim Evaluation & Decision Making
  o Review buyer-provided evidence and internal data.
  o Conduct additional checks using internal tools if necessary.
  o Request missing information from buyers or selling countries when needed.
  o Process claims according to protocol, including financial settlements and communication.


• Follow-Up on Pending Claims
  o Track and resolve cases requiring additional information.
  o Ensure timely payments for approved claims.


• Buyer Communication & Case Resolution
  o Provide buyers with clear and justified claim decisions via email.
  o Explain the reasoning behind each resolution.


• Timely Processing & Prioritization
  o Ensure all claims are addressed within 24 hours.
  o Prioritize urgent and older cases while maintaining regular follow-ups.

Your skills:

• high school diploma (mandatory);


• call center experience (mandatory);


• fluent level of German (C2 level or Native);


• advanced English (C1);


• resilience and commitment to the project;

What do we have to offer you?

• Contract directly with client (4 years, 90 days trial period)


• Schedule: Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm (Dutch bank holidays)


• Weekends off


• Base salary of 1600€/gross per month


• Meal allowance of 7€ per day worked (no meal allowance card)


• Quarterly performance bonus (3-month incentive periods, dependent on approval each cycle)

• Hybrid model of work: first month on site (Avenida da Liberdade) (after that: one week 3 days at the
  office, second week: 2 days at the office)
