Responsabilities:
Receive customer calls (handling customer service requests, retention, complaints, etc.);
Handle back-office activities with rigor and efficiency;
Achieve the quantitative objectives set for you;
Report information from the field;
Participate in work meetings, individual or group interviews to optimize service quality and internal organization;
Comply with confidentiality rules and internal regulations.competências
- proficient in french;
- english language skills;
- previous experience in a call center environment (preferred);
- high school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree (a plus);
- knowledge of technical troubleshooting methods (a bonus).
principais benefícios
- base salary of 880€/month;
- meal allowance of 7,23€ per day worked;
- complexity bonus of 150€/month;
- schedule: monday to friday, from 7:30am to 5:00pm.
- 2 days off: weekend
