backoffice agent - german (m/f/x).

In this role, you will be in charge of handling sensitive information involving insurance policies and contracts for the German market. Some of your tasks will include dealing with dealer warranty, extended warranty and maintenance contracts for multiple products. You will be the in charge of vehicle repair requests in accordance with the contractual coverage of the clients.

• High-school diploma or higher


• High fluency of the German language (level C1 minimum)


• Excellent English skills (B2 level minimum)


• Availability to work in a hybrid system and go to the office in Matosinhos, Porto


• Drive to learn and grow within the insurance field


• Willingness to be part of a multicultural and dynamic team

• Full-time job, hybrid model (full remote work not possible) in Matosinhos, Porto.


• Direct contract with the company


• Base salary of 1.300€ gross per month x 14 


• Meal allowance of 12€ net per day of work
