Role & Key Responsibilities:
Act as a B2B sales representative focused on lead generation
Make outbound calls to Dutch companies to verify interest in meeting with a staffing representative
Serve as a “door opener” to help the company acquire new clients
Contact incoming commercial leads and schedule appointments
Use strong conversational and sales skills to leave a positive first impression
Requirements:
Fluency in Dutch and English (C1 level)
Solid IT proficiency
Excellent communication skills
Fixed residence in Portugal and a reliable internet connection (mandatory for remote roles)
Previous experience in sales or B2B projects is highly valued
What We Offer:
Base salary: €1,600/month (gross)
Meal allowance: €7.63/day (meal card)
Schedule: Between 08:00 AM and 07:00 PM (rotating shifts)
Weekends off
Location: Fully remote (within Portugal)
