Personal Data Management & Long Service Awards
- Approve personal data changes in Workday and ensure the HR database is accurate.
- Issue employment statements and work certificates.
- Handle DPAE (Déclaration Préalable à l’Embauche — the mandatory hiring declaration in France).
- Manage Long Service Awards: validate diplomas/certificates from French prefectures, organize files in Google Drive, and send the
- data for payroll processing twice a year.
- Answer employee queries via email or the ticketing system.
Company Car & Transportation Allowance Management
- Identify on a monthly basis which employees are eligible for a company car.
- Input values and transport allowances into SAP for payroll processing.
- Validate public transport receipts and requests for IKV (Indemnité kilométrique voiture — mileage allowance for commuters)
Intern & Temporary Worker Management
- Onboard new interns and temporary workers into the tools (Workday and SAP).
- Manage specific French contracts, such as sandwich courses (alternance) and CQPM (metallurgy sector certifications).
- Monitor renewals, contract amendments, and terminations.
- Send attendance and payroll data to external temporary work agencies.
Time, Attendance & Medical Leave Management
- Record absences, overtime, and working schedules in SAP.
- Receive and analyze medical leave certificates, maternity leave, and workplace accidents, ensuring compliance with data protection
- regulations (GDPR).
- Extract "time alert" reports (clock-in/out anomalies) and contact managers or employees to resolve the issue.
