Source, qualify, and close mid-market and enterprise industrial accounts, managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to commercial agreement (€100k+ ACV deals);
Collaborate directly with founders to define ICP prioritization (polymers, chemicals, packaging, etc.), shape market positioning, and establish repeatable commercial processes;
Develop C-level and senior operational relationships within conservative industrial environments through a consultative, strategic, and long-cycle approach;
Run discovery sessions with procurement, supply chain, and CFO-level stakeholders, navigating multi-stakeholder environments with credibility;
Maintain rigorous pipeline discipline and forecasting accuracy, translating complex client pain points into actionable product feedback for the founders and product team.
