Gather and translate customer and business requirements into Teamcenter configurations;
Configure data model elements — item types, object properties, naming rules, classifications, forms and templates using BMIDE;
Set up and maintain workflows and approval processes;
Configure lifecycle states and release processes;
Manage BOM structures and product data management rules;
Configure change management processes (ECR/ECO);
Build and maintain reports and searches.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline;
Hands-on experience with Teamcenter BMIDE (Business Modeler IDE);
Strong understanding of PLM concepts and processes;
Experience configuring workflows, lifecycles, and approval processes;
Knowledge of BOM structures and product data management;
Experience with engineering change management (ECR/ECO processes);
Ability to gather and translate business requirements into platform configuration;
Understanding of CAD and BOM concepts;
Fluency in English (both written and spoken);
Demonstrates awareness of AI trends (including agentic AI), with curiosity and motivation to explore how they can enhance products, processes, or ways of working;
Shows a learning mindset toward emerging technologies and an openness to experiment, adapt, and continuously upskill in an AIenabled environment.
