Support for complex system landscapes with a focus on SAP BC (ERP, Fiori Gateways, Solution Manager) - private cloud/public cloud;
Management of incident, problem and change management processes with in-house IT, external service providers and specialist departments for cloud operating modes e.g. IaaS/PaaS/SaaS;
Continuous service management of the services/applications/systems provided;
Monitoring the SLAs and the product lifecycle of our service architecture;
Continuous improvement of the distributed system and application architecture (performance, availability and security);
Accompanying audits, deriving measures, implementing and expanding the corresponding controls;
Derivation of measures from a compliance perspective to ensure 24/7 business processes;
Further development of the current operating model and capacity expansion of the internal team through professionalization in the near shore/off shore area;
Evaluation and implementation of new technologies (e.g. S/4 HANA/SAP Cloud products);
Responsibility and/or participation in global/regional SAP-related projects (rollouts, software implementation, infrastructure changes);
Contact person and consultant as interface between business, application operation, infrastructure and data center;
Consideration of special features such as SoD/separation of functions and consistent application of analysis tools;
Creation of test concepts and implementation, as well as monitoring of tests and acceptances.
