recruitment assistant - italian speaker (m/f/x).

Providing second-line support for our client's recruitment process in the Italian market.
Conducting outbound contacts and providing inbound support to candidates.

What You Bring

• Native or Fluent Italian Speaker (C2 level mandatory).


• Proficient in English (B2 level minimum) for internal communication.


• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-friendly service focus and empathy.


• Strong understanding of the e-commerce sector.


• Must be currently living in Portugal and have a reliable fiber optic internet connection for remote work.

Your benefits:

Full-time:

Base salary: €1200 gross
Meal allowance: €8 p/day
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8-hour rotating shifts between 7 am and 6 pm
Weekends off
In high season: Monday to Saturday, Saturday off + 1 rotating day off
A dynamic and international work environment

Base salary: €600 gross
Meal allowance: €8 p/day
20h/week
