The Resource Management department of the Communications and Corporate Affairs function is seeking a candidate who will be responsible to launch, follow and manage the order of external spend in the main Airbus procurement tool (Click and Buy).
You will be responsible for the:
● Creation of the procurement order request in the tool
● Follow-ups on the procurement order request until the purchase order is created
● Modification and update of any relevant information directly in the tool
● Management and follow-up on the receipt of the purchase order by the appropriate parties
● Management and check of the invoice register/ amount
In addition, you will be the key focal point on buying policy knowledge (when it comes to modifications/ updates in the tool) and will also be responsible for measuring and monitoring KPIs related to the department’s performance.competências
Basic Finance and Accounting knowledge
Previous experience in cross-functional/ multicultural environments is a plus
Rigorous and oriented towards team work
Experience in Google Suite, and in SAP is a plus
Language: at least, B2 level in Englishprincipais benefícios
