To be successful in this role, you need to have:
Proficient in the German language with a focus on proper grammar and formal expressions (slang usage discouraged). An understandable accent is acceptable;
Strong active listening skills;
Proficient in conducting effective needs assessments;
Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service;
Willingness to proactively resolve even complex cases during the initial customer contact;
Ability to remain composed and handle stress effectively;
English proficiency at the B1 level is sufficient, primarily for internal communication purposes.
