responsabilidades chave
- Lead and manage the development of functional solutions for financial interfaces connecting business operations to finance IT systems.
- Oversee the alignment and compliance across core financial reporting streams (Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Liquidity, and Credit Risk).
- Act as the primary point of contact for project milestones, proactively managing risks, resolving bottlenecks, and ensuring seamless data integration.
- Coordinate cross-functional frentes of work, fostering collaboration between Finance, IT, and Global Project Management teams.
- Provide guidance and operational leadership to teams of business analysts to guarantee high-quality and timely delivery.
competências
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 4 to 5 years of solid experience within the Banking Industry, Accounting, and Project Management, with proven experience leading teams or major project streams.
- Advanced knowledge of Financial Information Systems and expert-level MS Excel capabilities.
- Languages: Fluent English (C1 level minimum) is mandatory. Intermediate Portuguese (B2 level) is required for daily collaboration.
- Soft Skills: Proven leadership and people management skills, exceptional communication, results-driven attitude, and the ability to manage stakeholders in complex corporate environments.
