responsabilidades chave
- Lead the development and management of functional solutions for financial interfaces connecting business operations to corporate finance systems.
- Collaborate heavily with major reporting streams, ensuring compliance and alignment across Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Liquidity, and Credit Risk.
- Manage financial interface workflows, actively troubleshooting and resolving complex data integration challenges during the system roll-out.
- Work autonomously and collaboratively across cross-functional global teams (Finance, IT, and Project Management) to ensure strict adherence to project milestones.
competências
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 1 to 4 years of proven, solid experience within the Banking Industry, Accounting, and Project Management.
- Deep knowledge of Financial Information Systems and advanced, expert-level MS Excel skills.
- Languages: Fluent English (C1 level minimum) is mandatory. Intermediate Portuguese (B2 level) is required for daily operational practice.
- Soft Skills: Strong results-driven mindset, exceptional attention to detail, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
