You will be the key element in assisting customers throughout all aspects of their journey, from the moment they browse the brand’s website to the final resolution of their needs.
This includes:
guiding them in product selection;
resolving any website issues;
providing detailed product information and facilitating a seamless ordering process;
overseeing delivery processes, handling returns and refunds, and swiftly resolving any challenges that may arise along the way.
Additionally, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with warranty-related issues.
Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written (mandatory);
High school diploma or higher education;
Broadband fiber internet connection (mandatory) as you will be working from home.
What we have for you:
- Initial and ongoing training. We believe in career progression within the company and in providing equal opportunities to all.
- Base salary of 1100€ gross monthly + Language bonus of 450€ gross monthly + 6€ net of meal allowance in card.
- Health Insurance.
A Monday to Friday job (from 9 am to 6 pm), but you must be available to work a shift during weekends if needed. During peak seasons, working hours may extend until 8 pm and include weekend shifts.
