Randstad Digital is currently searching for a talented CRM Dynamics 365 Support Specialist to join the team of one of our prestigious clients.
...The CRM Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring the effective use, adoption, and continuous improvement of the EMEA CRM platform. The role provides user support, delivers training, promotes CRM best practices, and acts as a key liaison between business users and the CRM team. The position plays an important role in enhancing user experience, maintaining data quality, and supporting CRM-related change initiatives across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities
User Support & Incident Management
Provide first-line support for CRM users and resolve support requests and incidents.
Investigate issues
Monitor and track support tickets to ensure timely resolution and SLA compliance.
Act as a key contact for CRM-related user queries and operational issues
Support configuration of views, dashboards, and basic system settings.
Assist in identifying reporting requirements and data visibility improvements.
Training & User Enablement
Deliver onboarding sessions and training programs for new and existing CRM users.
Create, maintain, and continuously improve user guides, training materials, and knowledge articles.
Promote CRM best practices and increase user adoption across the organization.
Support communication and awareness activities related to CRM enhancements and releases
Data Quality & Process Improvement
Support data quality initiatives, including duplicate management and data cleansing activities.
Monitor adherence to CRM processes and data governance standards
Gather feedback from users and recommend enhancements to the CRM platform
Testing & Release Support
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new releases and system enhancements.
Validate new functionality and document defects or improvement opportunities.
Assist with rollout activities for new features and process changes.
Support release communications and user readiness activities
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience
3+ years of experience working with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales
Experience in customer support, application support or user training.
Experience working in an international environment is advantageous.
Familiarity with CRM workflows, business processes, and data management principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform is advantageous.
