Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with client stakeholders across various organizational levels;
Accelerate business growth by crafting compelling project proposals and identifying untapped market opportunities;
Exhibit subject matter expertise across all phases of strategic design and operational implementation;
Ensure peak client satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships and secure recurring business engagements;
Formulate corporate strategies by leveraging market intelligence, consumer insights, and portfolio optimization tools;
Lead cross-functional international teams, championing work-life balance and upholding EY-Parthenon’s core values;
Provide mentorship and coaching to junior staff to accelerate their professional trajectory and team integration;
Spearhead marketing and branding initiatives to enhance market positioning and brand awareness;
Drive talent acquisition efforts by identifying and vetting high-potential candidates for the firm.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant academic field;
Possess 3-5 years of professional experience, with a proven track record in strategic consulting;
Demonstrate robust project management capabilities, including structuring deliverables, executing complex work plans, and leading cross-functional teams and client relationships;
Exhibit strong commercial acumen to proactively identify new business prospects and client opportunities;
Show full professional proficiency in both Portuguese and English.
