Deliver a comprehensive range of accounting, tax compliance, and reporting services to multiple clients, ensuring high levels of quality and efficiency;
Support the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of accounting policies and procedures to enhance consistency and clarity in financial reporting;
Perform accounting analyses, reconciliations, and validation of financial data;
Design, implement, and optimise accounting and reporting processes in line with both local and group requirements;
Contribute to the preparation, monitoring, analysis, and interpretation of accounting and tax information;
Support the implementation of regulatory requirements and applicable reporting frameworks;
Identify risks, control gaps, and opportunities for process and performance improvement;
Manage and develop teams involved in client delivery;
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients and stakeholders;
Apply strong technical expertise across accounting and reporting areas.

Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field;
3–5 years of professional experience in accounting, tax compliance, and reporting roles;
Experience in a consulting environment, particularly in international projects, is highly valued;
Strong knowledge of Portuguese accounting standards (SNC and NCRF);
Good understanding of international accounting frameworks (IAS, IFRS and/or US GAAP);
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Navision, Primavera, or similar;
Experience working in multicultural and international environments;
Full professional proficiency in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
