travel assistant - german speaker (m/f/x).

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to travelers facing various situations (accidents, breakdowns, etc.) via phone, email, and chat


• Coordinate with service providers and partners to ensure timely and seamless support


• Accurately document all interactions and resolutions


• Remain calm and supportive under pressure

What We're Looking For:

• Fluency in German (written and spoken – mandatory)


• Good knowledge of English


• Previous experience in customer service (travel, insurance, or related field preferred)


• Excellent organizational and time management skills


• Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive mindset


• Clear, empathetic, and effective communication skills


• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team


• Availability to work in rotating shifts (including nights and weekends)

• Gross annual salary package: €25,700 (including all components)


• Work schedule: Rotating 8-hour shifts, 24/7


• Days off: 2 rotating days per week (Monday to Sunday)
