What You'll Do:
✔ Offer first-class tech support to customers after sales for various domestic appliance brands.
✔ Assist customers via phone and email, acting as the first point of contact.
✔ Diagnose technical issues using 60 available processes and escalate complex cases when necessary.
✔ Improve customer satisfaction by proactively offering solutions (e.g., guiding customers through YouTube tutorials).
✔ Provide product information, follow up on orders, handle minor repairs, and address complaints.
✔ Work with three different software programs during the support process.
What You Need:
What do we have for you?
Base salary: €1,000/month
Performance bonus: Up to €100/month
Meal allowance: €7.23 per day
Health insurance
Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 AM – 06:00 PM (Portuguese time)
Days off: Sunday + 1 rotating day
Location: Remote (You need to live in Portugal)
