Data Analysis: Transform complex data into actionable insights, using statistical and analytical tools to identify business opportunities and support strategic decision-making;

Data & Systems Management: Lead data cleaning, modeling, and visualization on platforms like Power BI; Ensure the integrity and quality of data within sales systems by implementing and maintaining governance;
Project Management: Plan, prioritize, and deliver analytical projects, managing timelines and risks while collaborating with various teams to align business objectives and deliverables;
Continuous Improvement: Optimize processes, automate reports, and promote the adoption of new digital tools to increase the efficiency of sales operations;
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and other departments to understand their data needs and provide the necessary analytical support.

Degree in Data Science, Economics or Management, Information Systems, or a related field;
Familiarity with FMCG industry dynamics, processes, and key performance indicators (KPIs);
Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret complex data sets;
Proficiency in data visualization and analytical tools and MS Office Suite.
Experience with database management and SQL queries;
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and quality;
Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach to process improvement;
Strong communication skills to effectively assure change management and digital tools adoption by technical and non-technical stakeholders;
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams;
Fluent in English and Portuguese, with a good level of Spanish (preferred);
