...Foster a culture of Revenue Growth Management at company in Portugal;
Develop a clear understanding of Bel’s and customer’s financials (P&L) to drive value through optimal pricing, portfolio, and investment strategies, including trade fund management, promotional optimization, and mix management;
Lead assortment and PPA initiatives to identify business opportunities and drive sales planning and capability tools for the sales team, enabling better decision-making;
Maximize profitability and revenue growth management through pricing and promotion strategies;
Provide pricing and promotion recommendations, collaborating with marketing and finance to establish pricing strategies;
Lead price architecture by translating consumer price strategy into customer price lists;
Conduct price and promotional studies, analyzing internal, customer, shopper, and competition aspects.;
Have a comprehensive understanding of all customer trade agreements and assess how the customer mix impacts performance results;
Manage promotional trade spend and develop effective promotion strategies to maximize return on investments;
Provide guidelines for product prioritization based on profitability, including recommendations for upsizing or downsizing products;
Collaborate across the company to determine sales strategies that drive revenue growth and improve profitability;
Monitor progress towards achievement of retailer and business objectives and recommend actions where necessary;
Support the development of business cases for product launches and new customer opportunities &
Monitor its performance, identifying opportunities and corrective actions;
Take the lead in developing and enhancing business planning capabilities tools and reports to support the sales team in their planning and analysis processes, enabling them to make data-driven decisions more effectively;
Interpret business data and develop fact-based recommendations that support achievement of both the retailer and sales team and profit objectives.
Monitor progress towards achievement of retailer and brand business objectives and recommend actions where necessary.
Master/Bachelor Degree in Management, Economics, Finance or similar;
Experience in multinational company environment, FMCG or food business ideally;
Background of 3-5 years on Finance or Revenue Growth Management;
High level of expertise in Ms Excel, Power BI, etc;
Proficient user written and spoken English.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills;
Excellent leadership and communication skills;
Team player that interacts effectively with cross functional teams and different levels of the organization;
A result and detail-oriented professional, with exceptional interpersonal skills.
