What You’ll Do:
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle: from posting job ads to selecting the ideal candidate
- Source and attract qualified talent using multiple recruitment channels
- Screen CVs and conduct interviews to assess both technical and soft skills
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and ensure the best candidate-company fit
- Guarantee a positive candidate experience throughout the process
- Maintain and update recruitment data in company systems
competências
What We’re Looking For:
- Native or advanced level of Portuguese
- Good level of English (minimum B2)
- Previous experience in recruitment (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Excellent organization and time management
- Analytical mindset and strong evaluation skills

What We Offer:
- Contract: 6-month contract with a 30-day trial period
- Salary: €1300–€1400 (depending on experience)
- Meal allowance: €7.23/day
- Health insurance
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 9 am - 6 pm
- Location: Lisbon
