• Project Coordination: Scoping projects, conducting feasibility and risk analyses, and organizing project teams and governance. You'll lead project work, track results, and ensure all projects are completed on time and within group standards.


• Quality Management: Driving continuous improvement in our quality processes, managing end-to-end testing, and overseeing all aspects of metrology management.


• Problem-Solving: Structuring and organizing problem-solving initiatives to address challenges effectively.


• Team Leadership (Optional): If you are selected to manage a team, you will participate in the recruitment process, lead, motivate, and develop your team members, and ensure their safety and well-being.

The ideal candidate will have strong skills in:

• Project Management: Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish.


• Problem-Solving: A systematic approach to analyzing and resolving complex issues.


• Analysis & Synthesis: The ability to analyze data and synthesize information to make informed decisions.


• Quality Management Systems & Standards: Familiarity with Quality Management Systems and industry standards.


• Metrology: Experience with lab measurement, testing, and metrology management.


• Languages: Proficiency in English is required.

Contract: Temporary contract with Randstad, with an estimated duration of one year.

Salary: €1500/month (gross), negotiable based on experience.
