on a temporary role.
your role:
To process the purchasing requests on time and material services needs
To provide user support to companies within the Group, buyers located in the retail banking companies, as well as to the suppliers using the Purchasing Information System ;
To contribute to the production of activity reports and the management of client relationships.
if you have:
Education: in management or purchasing, with similar experience in middle office, business support/user assistance, or procurement services.
Interpersonal skills along with strong communication abilities are essential and required to accompany the various stakeholders you will interact with.
A customer service mindset is key to succed in the position.
Given the use and support provided to users on softwares (Ivalua Buyer, DocuSign), skills and comfort
on management applications & softwares is required.
Knowledge and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite & Teams.
Experience in a change management or users training is appreciated, and knowledge of the purchasing function or a specialization in purchasing is a plus.
Proficiency in written and spoken French and English is necessary
