• Comprehensive Mail & Package Handling: Receive, store, and immediately notify clients (PA and Mail Management) about package arrivals;


• Delivery Coordination: Arrange and dispatch client packages using Uber or other professional courier services;


• Customs Support (Mail Management): Provide assistance with simple customs procedures (up to 1 hour/month/client);


• Micro Plan PA Management: Execute assigned tasks for Micro Plan PA clients (up to 50 hours);


• Team Back-Office Support: Directly assist Personal Assistants with research and basic administrative tasks;


• Client Reception: Greet visiting clients and promptly notify the relevant PAs of their arrival;


• Office Environment Management: Ensure the daily upkeep, tidiness, and organization of the office space;


• Inventory & Supplies Control: Manage office equipment and supply stock, reporting replenishment needs to the Office Manager;


• Operational Improvement: Provide continuous feedback and suggestions to enhance office efficiency and processes;


• General In-Office Support: Execute other necessary logistical and administrative tasks as required on-site.

  Education: High School Diploma or equivalent;

  Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory;

  Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook);

  Availability: Immediate availability to work in the office in Lisbon.

  
  

Temporary contract with Randstad, with the possibility of integration into the client's permanent team.

Base Salary: €870 (gross) per month.
Meal Allowance: €6.00 per day.
Cashier's Allowance: €43.50 per month.
Schedule: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
