This professional will embark in an exciting journey as a Key Account Manager in the modern trade channel.
...Develop and implement customer-specific strategic and tactical plans;
Own full P&L accountability for key accounts, ensuring delivery of volume and profit targets by brand and by customer;
Manage and grow relationships with important customers through regular meetings, business reviews, and proactive issue resolution.
Act as the main point of contact for internal cross-functional teams (Marketing, Trade, Supply Chain, Field, Finance) to align and activate account strategies;
Ensure best-in-class execution at point of sale through weekly store visits and performance tracking against plan.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date account documentation, including forecasts, store databases, and promotional files;
Contribute to long-term business development.
2–3 years of experience in sales, field operations, or account management;
Fluency in Portuguese and English is required;
Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel;
Commercial mindset with solid analytical, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
