• Oversee booking management: creating, modifying, or cancelling reservations.
• Support back-office operations: ticket issuance, modifications, and cancellations.
• Provide real-time, accurate information to help customers make informed decisions.
• Exceed customer expectations by delivering memorable, positive experiences.
• Actively listen to customers, acknowledge their unique needs, and provide tailored solutions.
Fluency in Spanish (C2) and French (B2);
Excellent communication skills combined with empathy and teamwork skills;
