responsabilidades chave
- enthusiastically and professionally assist customers through inbound calls;
- provide information about products and attempt to close sales over the phone;
- support customers with delivery issues, including tracking deliveries, resolving delivery problems, and checking stock availability;
- troubleshoot issues and provide support for account management and software functionality;
- deliver accurate and real-time responses to customer inquiries;
- keep detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken;
competências
- proficient in German;
- previous experience in a call center environment (preferred);
- high school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree (a plus);
- knowledge of technical troubleshooting methods (a bonus).
principais benefícios
What do we have for you?
- base salary of 1030€/month
- performance bonus up to 170€/month and complexity 30€/month
- meal Allowance of 7.23€ per day;
- schedule: Monday to Saturday from 09 am to 23 pm and Sunday from 11 am to 23pm
- days off: two days rotative
- working contract: 6 months (renewable)
Location: Hybrid (2x a week on site - Braga)
