In this role, you will handle customer queries over phone and email, providing detailed information about our products;
key responsibilities include answering questions about coverage, assisting with policy cancellations, and helping insurance brokers direct their inquiries;competências
native or advanced Dutch (C2) proficiency;
intermediate level of English (B2);
friendly and professional demeanor;
strong communication skills;
ability to remain calm under pressure;
a first experience in customer service is a plus;principais benefícios
What do we have for you?
- base salary of 1100€/month;
- complexity bonus: 100€/month
- performance bonus: 100€/month
- meal Allowance of 7.23€ per day;
- transport allowance: 20€/month;
- schedule: monday to friday (including bank holidays): 7:30am to 8pm;
- days off: weekends
- working contract: 6 months (renewable)Location: Remote (You must live in Portugal)
