• Understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations through interviews, surveys, and analytics, while conducting competitor benchmarking and analyzing best practices
• Design low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes to test and visualize design solutions.
• Organize and structure content for clear and logical navigation
• Create layouts, typography, color schemes, and user flows to deliver visually appealing and intuitive
experiences
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions, mood boards, and pre-concept development for new projects, proposing
creative solutions

5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably with a strong focus on digital products or services
• Empathy and a user-centric mindset throughout the design process
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
• Familiarity with prototyping tools
• Attention to detail and flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities
• Strong teamwork skills and experience working in global, multidisciplinary teams
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (a plus, not required)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with Agile methodology
• Fluency in English is mandatory
