Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, with a strong background in metal fabrication.

Proven experience in a greenfield or startup environment.

Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Manufacturing), and EHS regulations.

Experience in the aerospace or aviation industry (preferential).

Knowledge of MIG/TIG welding and CNC machining (preferential).

Lean Six Sigma certification (preferential).

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Fluency in English (written and verbal).
