Design and optimize end-to-end services and flows, from discovery through validation and
delivery.
Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research activities (interviews, usability
testing, surveys, desk research, benchmarking).
Own end-to-end research streams, defining hypotheses, objectives, methodologies, and
synthesizing actionable insights.
Actively influence product strategy and roadmap decisions, translating research insights
into clear, evidence-based recommendations.
Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to prioritize improvement opportunities
and new initiatives.
Create and maintain service design artifacts (service blueprints, journey maps, personas,
ecosystem maps).
Ensure proposed solutions consider usability, technical feasibility, business impact, and
compliance.
Support solution validation through user testing and results analysis.
Contribute to a continuous learning, data-informed, and user-centric culture within the
team.
