Perform manual testing on our internal backoffice platform, identifying UI/UX and functional issues;
Test and validate REST APIs using tools such as Postman (e.g. status codes, payload validation, error handling, authentication, etc.);
Analyze product requirements and translate them into effective test plans and scenarios;
Collaborate with development, product, and business stakeholders to embed quality throughout the software lifecycle;
Design and oversee comprehensive test strategies, including manual, automated, exploratory, and API testing;
Proactively identify, log, and prioritize defects; facilitate root cause analysis and resolution;
Drive adoption of modern QA methodologies and advocate for process improvements;
Track and report on QA metrics, providing actionable insights to leadership;
Stay current with market trends and emerging QA technologies, recommending innovations for our client.
