Proven experience as an Interaction Designer or Senior UX/UI Designer.
Advanced and Mandatory Proficiency in Figma.
Robust experience in User Research and applying Human-Centered Design principles.
Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to solve complex problems and design end-to-end digital products.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and defend design solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
