The Revenue Operations Business Partner is responsible for overseeing key business processes - initially with a focus on Go-to-Market (GTM) activities—and providing operational support to multiple stakeholders, including Customer Solution Managers, Partner and Territory Ecosystem teams, and their managers.
They will work with Senior Business Partner and will be accountable for streamlining, simplifying, and standardizing processes and systems to improve efficiency and enable scalable operations. By enhancing transparency, visibility, and data-driven decision-making, the Revenue Operations Business Partner contributes directly to achieving business priorities, including revenue growth and profitability targets, while facilitating GTM transformation and continuous improvement.
