Oversee key business processes with an initial focus on Go-to-Market (GTM) activities.
Provide operational support to multiple stakeholders, including Customer Solution Managers, Partner and Territory Ecosystem teams, and leadership.
Collaborate with the Senior Business Partner to simplify and standardize processes and systems to enable scalable operations.
Enhance transparency and visibility to support business priorities, revenue growth, and profitability targets.
Facilitate GTM transformation and drive continuous process improvement.
Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
2+ years of experience as a Revenue Operations Business Partner.
Strong business acumen and understanding of operational workflows.
Advanced Excel skills (essential).
Proficiency in MS Office tools; experience with Reporting tools is a significant plus.
Fluency in English (additional languages such as French or Italian are a plus).
